    Neal was fantastic from start to finish. He came round quickly to assess the job at hand, was clear on what we needed, pillars etc ( even dropped off some sample bricks) and once a date was set went straight to work, always on time, really tidy, took 3 days and was left with a fabulous looking wall. He was great with my mum and dad too. 100% recommend.

  • Replacement of Victorian built steps

    After more than 120 years of use, the steps up a steep bank to our Victorian house were in a bit of a mess and not very safe. We wanted replacement steps that were sympathetic to the original design but using today’s materials. Neal made a wonderful job of replacing the retaining walls and steps. We now have the new steps that achieved the original aim, look good and are a pleasure to use thanks to Neal's work.

    Neal provided a prompt and competitive price for the works that included forming new window openings and bricking up others. He completed the work for the price agreed and the timescale discussed. The work areas were left clean and tidy each day and the quality of the completed work was excellent. We would not hesitate to recommend Neal for any brick work or structural alterations being considered.

    Neal is a great brick block contractor. Good attention to detail and very reliable. From the start, setting out with laser levels, to topping out the last gable , knock throughs, props. Steel insertions, Neal worked tidily , on time every day. Perfect brickwork. And a no problem attitude. Neal worked for three months with us, and so good he’s been doing extras for me

  • Concrete oversite and single storey extension

    The work carried out included preparation of concrete base for a wooden cabin to be placed on , approx 13 x 6 metres Liason for plans for a single storey extension , deal with groundwork brickwork and assist in project management . Extension was approx 5 x 4 meters with a lantern to join the existing building . Work was carried out in a timely fashion and acheived with a minimum disruption to the use of the remainder of the property . Work included liason with Surrey Heath building inspector for Building regulations and other trades to ensure the work was completed as soon as practical .

My interest in the construction industry started at a young age watching my father, a well known local builder working on site. After I left school I worked alongside my older brother and with various construction companies.  For the past 13 years, I have been working for myself on various building projects, ranging from patios and pointing through to double storey extensions and new builds where I have been employed as the main building contractor as well as project managing other sub contractors to complete the work on time and within budget
