    Neil did everything right, turned up on time to quote was polite and efficient, I considered his quote, which I did not have to chase, to be reasonable and in line with expectations. We agreed a date which was kept to, his work was neat and tidy and he cleared up. An invoice was issued and duly paid. The perfect tradesman. Unfortunately I do not have any extra repointing at the moment to re-engage.

    New lintel on side of house replacing old steel one which was causing issues. Old air brick which was also causing issues was replaced and new insulation. Very reliable service, clean and tidy and good communication throughout from quotation to completion of work.

    Really good work, walls look like new now, so pleased with the result. On Neal's advice, I agreed to his installation of a narrow soakaway to increase the drainage of rainwater along the base of a particularly vunerable section of wall, this work was very neatly done and is working well. I would thoroughly recommend this firm, two excellent and very pleasant workmen.
