    Neptune plumber mended boiler that another plumber had told us was requiring replacement. He fitted a new pump and the system is working perfectly at a fraction of the cost. Very friendly, arrived at specified time. This is the second occasion have used Neptune, two properties and happy both times.

    Answered the phone quickly. Arranged visit to view problem at short notice. Job booked in quickly and parts obtained. Neat and tidy, efficient work with good results. Plumbers were very pleasant. It was more expensive than I expected but we were advised exactly how much the job would cost and they stuck exactly to what was quoted/estimated.

    There was leakage in the kitchen and the waste pipe to the drain outside had broken. Two plumbers attended and found two internal leaks which they fixed and tested. They replaced the waste pipe. There was minimal disruption and they left everything tidy. I was very relieved to have it all sorted.

As we are a family run business this means we do not have costly overheads.  Our prices are very competitive, we feel they are the best in town and we always try not to be beaten on price. We will Always try and pass on our trade discounts to our customers. At Neptune no job is too big or small. Whatever the issue please call today and we will do our very best to help you.

We really care at Neptune and your custom is very important to us. We cover anything from:

Boiler installation, Boiler repairs, Boiler Servicing, Landlord Gas Safe Checks, Full bathroom installation, tiling, full kitchen installation. Plumbing break downs, cylinders, replacement toilets and sinks and taps. 1st fix and 2nd plumbing, soil stacks and waste installs.

8:00 -12:00 morning slot, and 1:00 - 6:00 afternoon slot
