    I was so impressed that Steve called me at 9pm as soon as I had placed my job on the site. He was so friendly, told me about his experiences dealing with other rental properties and suggested a few things that the low shower pressure reported by my new tenant could be. He liaised with the tenant and kept me up to speed so that I felt informed and once he had made an assessment, he called me to discuss options. I really valued his advice not to actually do anything as the tenant was clearly rather demanding! His number is in my phone for future call outs!

  • Identify source of bathroom leak

    NTS responded very quickly to this job and arranged to visit my flat the following day. After a thorough search Steve confirmed that he could find no evidence of a leak in my bathroom and concluded that the leak must be coming from boxing with communal pipes and soil stack. This meant I would need to refer the matter to the flats managing agents and Steve gave me a helpful form of words to help with this. Steve was polite friendly and helpful and I would certainly use NTS again without hesitation.

Established in 1996 we have been carrying out maintenance and plumbing installation works.We are a small friendly company with qualified engineers who are City & Guilds qualified, registered members of CIPHE We have built up the business over the years on mainly a recommendation basis.

Many of our customers have been with us for years and we have built up a reputation for doing good work while at the same time being tidy and friendly. We know and understand that many customers want good reliable plumbers who they know and can trust, a familiar face they can call on in emergencies and when they want something like a beautiful new bathroom created. We clear bocked sinks, baths, WC's and replace taps, toilets,stop cocks, showers, outside taps,ball valves, tanks, cylinders and radiators also trace and stop leaks. We also fit immersion heaters in fact all maintenance plumbing & heating works as well as bigger bathroom and kitchen installations.
