  Excellent work from an experienced tradesperson. Steve was professional and thoughtful throughout, improving the layout of the surrounding pipework and mag-filter positioning as he worked. We definitely got the benefit of someone who knows their stuff, considers what is best for the customer, and gets the job done well. The cost seemed very competitive. No complaints.

  Excellent service and advice from Steve. I originally wanted a Worcester Bosch, but Steve talked through the pros and cons of Worcester, Ideal and Baxi and I opted for the Baxi due to simpler construction, ease of service and guarantee (10 yr). Install was completed promptly and tidily, even moving the unit slightly higher to facilitate boxing in the system at a later data. Condensate pipe was recessed into the wall and connected (with plumber's assistance) directly to the adjacent sink drain, so no worries about freezing! Price was very competitive, too, coming in much less than expected!

  Steve did a great job replacing a leaking hot water tank. As soon as we noticed the leak, Steve came over the same day to investigate. He advised on a new tank, sourced one that would suit our needs and quoted for the job quickly and competitively. On the day of the replacement, Steve arrived exactly when he said he would, was polite and professional, explained all aspects of the job to me, and completed the work to a high standard. Good cleanup afterwards. I would recommend Steve to friends and family.
