He visited to check the existing wiring before quoting to ensure (as much as possible) that there weren’t going to be any surprises. On the day, he arrived promptly and was polite, friendly and efficient, completing the job with minimal disruption. I would definitely use him again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to others.

10Verified ReviewAbsolutely fantastic service from Alex even though I was a first-time customer needing a small repair. He responded to my contact within hours; offered me an early appointment; sent me an ETA the day before and then rang on the day to update me. Alex was pleasant, punctual, polite and professional. He had brought the replacement part in readiness, completed the repair rapidly and sealed a slight gap round the new socket. All in all the ideal customer experience, so I'll definitely contact Neylon next time I need some work done and will happily recommend them.

10Verified ReviewOur main electric circuit breaker failed when pressing the test button. Phoned Neylon and Alex called same day and quickly demonstrated that indeed the circuit breaker was delivering no protection. Said he would need to order one and give me a call later in the evening with costings. Returned next day and fitted new breaker for the cost quoted all is working fine.

Neylon Electrical Services is a family run business and was established in 1996.
Both myself, Michael, and my son Alex, are both fully qualified and insured.
We have highest levels of craftsmanship and pride ourselves on our customer service. Always happy to go the extra mile!
The company's NICEIC approved and with over 60 years experience between the two of us, in both commercial and domestic installations, there's very little we wouldn't be able to help you with.
We regularly install new fuse boards/consumer units to a very high standard along with Electric Vehicle charging Points and new garden home office's.
Domestic rewires or extra sockets and lighting are all part of our services, along with emergency electrical issues and faults.
All our estimates are FREE.
Qualifications.
18th Edition Wiring regs 2382- BS 7671.
Fully qualified in Electric Vehicle Charging Equipment installation to City and Guilds 2919.
Inspection and Testing to City and Guilds 2391.
