10Verified ReviewMy usual plumber was unavailable at the time so I asked Norman to quote me for removing my old central heating pump and fitting a new one (labour cost only). Some quotes by other plumbers were outrageous but Norman's was very reasonable. He was polite, helpful and said the job could be done within days, no long waits. My own plumber is now available so I did not take up the quote but judging by Norman's polite, helpful and positive attitude to customers I would definitely use his services in future.
