    After my elderly father was quoted a ridiculous price by someone else on this site I contacted Andrew at North East Rooflines. He not only gave a much more reasonable quote, but also did a fantastic job and found a few extra issues which were completed at no extra cost. He was extremely courteous and reliable and my father was extremely impressed. He even contacted me afterwards to make sure I was happy that my dad had paid him in full, knowing that my dad was elderly and sometimes gets confused. I would not hesitate in recommending Andrew and his team in the future. Thanks Guys. 👏👏

    The lads came round promptly to repair the dry edging that had come off in strong winds, and while doing that cleared the gutters and removed a tv aerial that had been damaged both done efficiently and at no extra charge

    They finish job in July 2022 since then I have issues with my roof . Roof leaking and many times I complain ask him to repair he just making excuses I based in London but I bought property in Hartlepool I paid all the money what he ask now water damaged inside room I have sent him pictures but he keep ignoring
