Josh had removed his shoes before even being asked, a good sign he respects peoples property. His workmanship was very good and spotless and was able to answer or explain any questions asked. He did a really professional job, making sure everything looked neat and tidy, plus being more easily serviced in future. He came back two day later and fitted the pump and greatly improved the heat going to the last radiators. Always courteous and quick to respond.
