From start to finish Nigel was professional, personable and it was a pleasure having him and his team in our home. His honest opinion and advice concerning the work made a refreshing change. He genuinely cares about doing a great job. All work was carried out to the highest standard, and I would not hesitate in having NPM do work in the future.   We absolutely love both rooms. You've done a cracking job to a really high standard. Punctual and really tidy....even hoovered our fake grass!  Nothing was too much trouble even when I kept adding stuff to the list! Definitely recommend x

  NPM home Improvements were so professional. We were given prices and discussed products prior to them starting the work. The advice they offered as work was ongoing was brilliant. They kept us informed on a daily basis what work was being done, water being turned off etc. We have 4 dogs and they were very mindful of keeping doors shut which was great. They were on time every day and would clean up before they left each evening. We still have a bathroom and WC to do and will be booking them later in the year.

  Nigel and Steve did a fantastic job renovating our upstairs bathroom and downstairs cloakroom. Nigel came up with great suggestions of ways we could improve them even further. They were very clean and tidy and a pleasure to have around. We have already recommended them to several friends.
