  Before I write the review I need to point out that the day I met Mr Tunev ( Tosh , as he likes to be called ) was my lucky day !! Tosh arrived and viewed the project and immediately came up with ideas as to how to approach the job . I didn't have much idea , I simply wanted it modernising . He had such good ideas that I agreed with his suggestions , he understood perfectly well that the budget was quite tight and obtained quality fittings at a good price . He worked quickly and carefully , I was very impressed with the quality of his work . End result was amazing !! Highly recommend

  Tosh did an excellent job on diagnosing and repairing a bathroom leak, building a new cabinet for a boiler, various painting and 'making good' works and putting up new garden fencing. He was reliable, hardworking, sourced all the necessary materials at a reasonable cost, and completed the works really well and for a good price. We are very pleased.

  Optimum Building Solutions, Todor and their team were polite, friendly and hard working. We needed complete reconstruction of 4 bedroom house. They removed and created new bedrooms, including decoration, completely refurbished x3 bathrooms including tiling. They listen to our comments and allowed for alterations as needed. Overall a very good experience and I would recommend them to anyone who wants a good job completed.
