    Michael was very polite from the start when quoting for the job all the way through. He protected the area around where the oven was cleaned and did a fantastic job in a very quick time. He even sorted out the light on the oven going that little bit above and beyond. I would highly recommend him if you need an oven cleaned.

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • DIY cleaning attempt - Customers who did DIY cleaning should wash remaining strong chemicals away before our cleaning. 
  • Cleaning older ovens - Very old ovens (older than 10 years) may have lot of wear and tear which will not be restored after cleaning. We are only responsible for cleaning. 
  • Concerns - Customer should be attended before, while and after any jobs we conduct.
  • Complaints - Any concerns after oven or carpet cleaning should be brought to our notice before the technician departs from the property. 
  • Last minute cancellations - quoted full price will be charged for last minute cancellations. 24 hours notice is required before cancelling any booking.
  • Parking - As we cook greasy shelves and other parts into a gas heated dip tank in the van, we require a safe and level surface. Customer has to arrange parking including parking fee. We are not allowed to park in Public car parks, and Underground car parks.
