• Garage conversion

  Currently undergoing a conversion of garage to a bathroom, PRS quote was very competitive and we were given ideas and guidance on what the final project would look like. So far the project is going well, so far we’ve had the waste drainage connected up, entrance knocked through and frame work erected, all to a really good standard. In addition we needed some damp repair work done, PRS advised the best solution and how much it would cost carried out the work straight away. We’re really looking forward to the competition and being able to utilise the new space.

• Carpet and Laminate laying

  PRS was employed to source and fit a carpet for the whole of the upstairs of our house and laminate for the whole down stairs area. Pete and Adam were really great workers, very organised and diligent. The works were carried out very quickly and they've done a great job. Adam did a great job on the laminate and h is works looks amazing, am really pleased.

  PRS did a phenomenal job renovating my garage. Their communication was excellent, ensuring my needs were met at every step of the way. The quality of the work was to a very high standard, the painting, roof replacement, and door installation were done very quickly and the team worked really hard. Adam was especially hard working and his attention detail was incredible. The bricked-up doorway looks seamless. Highly recommend PRS for top-notch building work.

• External "Bin Room" Insulation, Recladding & New Flat Roof

  We had a great experience with PRS. Very professional and excellent workmanship. They even came round during the Easter weekend just to check a recent storm hadn't damaged the unfinished work. If I had to mention a negative it would be that we had to wait a few months before the work started with very little communication as to when they'd start so we weren't sure whether we'd been forgotten. However, during and after the work had been done communication has been top-notch.

• Removal of wood panels and new cladding installed.

  PRS did a very good job removing old wood panels from the front of the house and installing new composite cladding together with new insulation and the replacement of a wooden post. Pete was very professional and knowledgeable, and he always kept me informed of the work status. Overall, he did a very good job, and I would recommend him.

• Garden Landscaping

  Had complete overhaul of front and back garden. PRS removed overgrown areas and contaminated soil. Pete organised everything, including machine hire and disposed of all waste. The ordered and spread 8 tonnes of top soil, created raised beds and allotment areas. Arranged and laid 15 tonnes of gravel in the front and back of the garden. Created garden features, raised beds and paths using railway sleepers. Really happy with the work, very professional. Pete is great work with, very helpful with decision making and the sourcing of materials. Would highly recommend.
