Complete ground floor extension from start to finish including shower room utility.  Demolished old kitchen added steels planning permission etc.  I can honestly say myself and my husband couldn't be more impressed with the work.  Rik and his builders did an excellent job from start to finish.  We have the kitchen of our dreams open plan and it looks amazing.

PBS commenced work on an extension installing new kitchen, boiler and another bathroom.  There is no attention to detail, e.G.  Crack in bathroom floor tile, but told it’s only a rental property.  New boiler installed and Gas Safety certificate issued.  Problem arose when I needed my gas provider to issue certificate following year -but no gas tap for the hob originally installed, although Rik’s engineer, once asked, came and put one in the next day.  7 days’ later gas leak occurred and national grid had to attend followed by another gas leak days later.  Informed by Gas engineer it’s a poor installation and my gas provider had to come out and ensure hob was safe at a cost which Rik promised to pay but has not.  I got my gas provider out within the day as Rik could not get an engineer out for at least a week.  Flooring lifting up Rik has stated its a manufacturing fault - manufacturer will assess when PBS fills in a form, which he started in November 2016 but not completed.  Heat detector not put back up in kitchen, and new bathroom sink not draining properly.  Rik is intimidating and full of empty promises.

Extension

The work was carried out to a very high standard.  All the trades involved were courteous, professional and very tidy.  All aspects of the job were discussed and agreed and any additions were happily incorporated.

Creation of a room with studwork, plastering and changes to electrics.

Excellent fit, good time keeping and a tidy job.

Install French doors and adjust aperture to fit.

We were very happy with our experience of working with Rik and his team at Park Building Solutions.  Rik is an excellent project manager and we were kept up to date with every stage of the project, the work was to a high standard, and everything ran smoothly, on-time and on-budget.

Refurbished run down house that included new kitchen, bathroom, plastering and a number of other repairs.

Very efficient.  Tidy.  Able to come and do the job within a week.

Fit new electric shower.
