9.5Verified ReviewIan was very friendly and explained everything he found to us. There was a crack in the sump and he did a good job of explaining what that meant. He gave us a quote to fix it. He also alerted us to a small gas leak and sorted the call out to get it fixed. He was very helpful and followed up with a message to make sure it had been sorted.
