  • Repair of Fault in Heating System

    Matt fitted new radiators for my daughter and I was impressed with his work; so I asked him to check my heating system which had failed 4 times in spite of having a new boiler (installed by a different company) less than 6 months ago. Matt identified the fault, which the installer was unable to do and the system has been working well. His price was very reasonable too.

    We had an emergency following a water leak from the tank in the loft late in the afternoon. Matt arrived within 30 minutes, immediately identified the problem and fixed it. He even came round the next morning to check that all was OK. Would recommend.

    I have used this company for years and would never willingly use another. They have done a lot of work for me including installing a complete shower unit and everything they have done has been done to the highest of standards. In this instance new taps were installed in the kitchen and this entailed renewing pipework to make space for a filter system. Also a heat resistant seal was applied to the base of the heat exchanger of the boiler.

    Matt was efficient, on time and courteous. Without heating and hot water in November was difficult but he replied to my message straight away. He fixed the boiler and the radiator explaining what he was doing as he worked. I highly recommend him and will contact him in the future without hesitation.

    Matt responsed promptly and came out to my property the day after my initial enquiry. He diagnosed the problem (vibrating bathroom pipe) and installed a new valve in the toilet. Problem was fixed and Matt was very corteous and tidy.
