10Verified ReviewI always use Charlie as I'm so happy with the service. We have an ongoing boiler issue and Charlie was able to reassure me it's not something that needs immediate attention and also gave very clear options for when I do choose to have it fixed - one of which is going directly to the boiler company, so won't involve any benefit to him - which is very much appreciated. Also had a gas hob replaced during a kitchen refit which needed two specifically timed visits and that was no trouble to arrange. Charlie responds really quickly, is extremely punctual and great at giving further advice - fab service!
