  Tim is friendly and very knowledgeable. He seems to have a solution to every job thrown at him. We've had a few jobs done by him now. This includes replacement doors and window in our brick outhouse. Also a new junction box. His work is never short of excellent. He also had a look at our guttering and sealed a leak. We are planning more jobs for Tim to look at in the near future. If you need a proper odd job man who can tackle practically any job, Tim is your man!

• Renovations

  Oldskool builder, came in and took full control of a renovation job that I started, but couldn't finish because of work commitments. He walked through the job, then give me a detailed price within a hour. Never had to do one thing just give him the keys and walked away. The price was very reasonable, and the only time he seemed to stop was when I was chatting him. Work was left neat and tidy. Delighted with it.

• Bathroom renovation

  Tim completed an exceptional renovation of a bathroom in my listed house. It was a complex job, with wonky floors and ceilings needing to be accounted for and there were structural changes to the walls in order achieve what I wanted. Tim completed the entirety of works (demolition, building, tiling, painting/decorating, stone work, finishing, plumbing and electrics) all to a very high standard, and was a pleasure to work with throughout. I couldn't recommend him more highly.

• Whole house renovation

  Tim did an amazing job fully renovating my grade listed home. The work included putting up 89 square meters of new wood flooring, fully refurbishing (paint, electrics etc) the first floor of the house, two new bathrooms, restoring grade listed wooden flooring, preparing the kitchen for installation and putting in a new utility/bootroom. Tim was involved in all the different aspects of the renovation including plumbing, painting/decorating, electrics etc.
