New boiler, replace all valves, replace 4 radiators
10Verified ReviewHaving kept my boiler going well past its use-by date (28 years), Lee replaced it when the part required was no longer available. Of course new regs made that awkward - new pipe required under the floorboard to connect to the drain. He found a solution without lifting the floor (I have an old house with very awkward under-floor construction). His pipework is a work of art (no joking, it's incredible). Lee is easy going, easy to deal with and totally reliable. Everything completed professionally, on time and in full working order. Nobody else is allowed to touch my heating.

I starting trading as Perameter Plumbing in summer of 2010. I have been a City & Guild qualified plumber for over 15 years now.
I take pride in my work and pay great attention to detail to ensure the highest standard of work I possibly can. I take the up most care when carrying out work in customers properties. I believe myself to be polite and courteous and always do my best to provide competitive prices for the best results. I carry out such work as: Bathroom installations and General plumbing. Gas boiler and central heating installations, boiler breakdowns, boiler servicing, landlord gas safety checks. Since I have been trading I have built up a large client base in the East Sussex area.
