  • Re-pointing the side elevation of my house

    It is a pleasure to write this review. Karl gave a very detailed quote (not an estimate) so there were no cost surprises! The job was started promptly on the agreed date and finished on time too. Mareks and Reece were very skilled and happy to explain what they were doing so that I understood their work as well. They were really polite, clean and tidy, and nothing was too much trouble. Karl joined the team on some days too and was keen to ask if everything was ok for me. I have no hesitation in recommending Perfect Pointing, as that is what they were - perfect! The wall looks like new,

    I was very pleased with the repair work carried out by Perfect Pointing. It was a day's work on a house built in the 1920s which included the erection of a scaffold tower. The work was to a high standard. The waste building materials were removed and the property left clean and tidy.

    I would like to thank Gary who was very easy to deal with from start to finish. We asked for a quote to repoint the brickwork on our house. Gary attended and then sent through our quote promptly. We accepted the quote and paid our deposit. Unfortunately our circumstances have changed so that we couldn't go through with the work. Gary has been completely understanding of our situation and refunded our deposit immediately. I wasn't expecting this and really appreciate it. We plan on returning to Perfect Pointing to have the work done in the future.
