  Elton completely restored my faith. After having been burnt by a previous roofer who quoted A price, started work and then added thousands onto the cost, I was recommended to contact Elton. From the first conversation, I felt I was in safe hands, he clearly outlined my options and we arranged a date. Fixed my roof in the time agreed, answered all my questions, was very responsive and kept me updated throughout the process. Even phoned my after to thank me for payment. For anyone reading who is confused or overwhelmed with the multiple options out there like I was, I can't recommend Elton and

  All very efficient from booking a site visit to completion. Asbestos removed promptly leaving roofs to be fitted. Workers were very pleasant and persisted in sweltering heat! Email correspondence was excellent.

• Flat roof mystery leak

  Elton of Permacote was recommended to us and he has not disappointed. Spectacularly on time for a pre-arranged inspection of the problem, identified the area of flat roof causing the problem and provided the solution.....just a dab or two of CT1 (!). One visit, no hassles, friendly and very competent.

• Survey and advise on leak

  Elton came to inspect a leak in bathroom ceiling which has been ongoing despite repairs carried out by other roofing companies to the roof above it. He immediately spotted that the problem was in fact coming from a loft window above which appears not to have been installed correctly. He offered some good advice. He is very pleasant and easy to communicate with. Will definitely use his services in the future.
