  • Bathroom Extension and Refit

    This is the second time we have used Jo, this time to extend and revamp our bathroom. Work included a full strip out, knocking through from the bathroom into the toilet, and then through the toilet wall into our spare bedroom to “pinch” some space for a walk in shower. Building new studs walls, plumbing in and then fitting the new shower cubicle and the rest of the furniture, it has transformed our bathroom. We could not be more pleased. Nothing was too much trouble for Jo, the customer always right! It was a pleasure having Jo around, and we would highly recommend. Thanks Jo!!

    Jo helped sanity check the design choices we were making, and carried out a thorough onsite assessment and costing exercise before quoting. Worked full days, and occasionally staying late to stay on schedule. Bathroom looks better than we could have hoped, the finish is very nice. Jo also deducted charges for tasks costed but not undertaken, without prompting, and also accepted additional tasks during the scheduled work such as replacing cold tank valve (which was sticking), reducing outside taps piping, and fitting a last minute shower pump. Honest, reliable, informative, and good company.

    Brilliant service again from Jo at Phoenix Plumbing. The soil stack was in a very bad state, falling off and damaged beyond repair. Jo replaced the entire stack and repaired other waste pipes, at a fraction of the cost of other quotes. Everything cleared away and looking lovely on completion - well as lovely as a soil stack can look! Highly recommend Jo for any bathroom / plumbing jobs.

Hi, I'm Jo.

I started Phoenix Plumbing 17 years ago, when I retrained at Central Sussex College. Prior to this, I was in retail management for 16 years, so I feel I have a very good attitude to service and pride myself on achieving a high quality finish to all my work, large jobs or small ones. 

I am a sole trader, so it is only me you deal with. I also use the same colleagues (electrician, plasterer, decorator) each time, so I'm able to provide a complete 'turnkey' service to larger projects like full bathroom and kitchen renovations.
