10A chance meeting with a Pier Carpet operative was enough to convince me that he was the man for the job. The family run business followed up with an acceptable estimate and date to carry out the work. All arrangements were well planned, clear and concise. The job was completed on time and in expert fashion by an experienced floorlayer turning out a very professional finish. Both myself and my wife are delighted at the outcome. We will certainly be calling on Piers Carpets again when the need arises.
