Toilet leak

A welcome reminder was previously provided by the office, and Rob arrived on time and was professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful throughout the visit. Rob is always highly communicative and provided full details of the work to be conducted. The work area was left tidy and clean. I have used Platinum Plumbers for many years and strongly recommend them.

The work completed to the schedule and quote.The work was to my satisfaction and was checked by the chief Gas Engineer Rob. Sam and the Apprentice who installed the Boiler were polite and friendly and kept me informed of the progress.

Rob knows his stuff, giving solid views on the first visit before coming up with a clear quote. I can’t fault the service or craftsmanship. The tear-down work by Sam and Harley was impressively fast. Serxho’s construction was excellent. The plastering, tiling and flooring work was swift and high-quality. And thanks to Alice and Joanne for their clear messages too. As well as regular boiler / CH maintenance and emergency call-outs they have done a complete bathroom installation and re-decoration, and a number of improvements to the Central Heating system. I have found them to be always helpful and trustworthy; describing different options and costings in advance and providing clear explanations of the work involved.
