  The service I received from this company was exceptional. Dan conducted the survey in a pleasant, relaxed manner without any pressure to make instant decisions. Advice given was clear and extremely helpful. I was then furnished with detailed drawings so that I knew exactly what each unit would look like and their fixed price. The work was completed by Oliver who was an absolute pleasure to have in my home. The care taken to protect carpets, furniture etc was outstanding as was the quality of his work and the final finish achieved. I now look forward to having all my windows replaced.

  We have recently had 7 windows replaced, the work was carried out by Mark and Archie. They were very polite, efficient and tidy. Expected to have some decorating to re touch but did not have to do any. Very tidy and extremely happy with their work. I have already recommended Platinum to a friend. Would definitely use their services again.

  From the moment Dan arrived to give us a quote on our project we knew we could trust him and his team to do a great job. We have not been disappointed. Despite difficulties with the weather and our open plan set up Mark, Rhys and Ollie have been fantastic. The plasterer, Dan, has also done an amazing and skilled job with a challenging shaped room. The transformation from an old conservatory to a wonderful extension has been incredible. Any minor issues arising have been dealt with swiftly and the whole team have been really friendly, incredibly professional and show real pride in their work.

  This is the 3rd job on our home we have had the team at Platinum for, and the only company we will trust! Dan was quick to respond with the quote, and the lead time for the job was acceptable to us. Mark and Archie were polite, courteous, did an EXCELLENT job, and tidied up after themselves. They discussed some of the options we had with regards to catflap installation, doorbell placement etc, and nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend the team at Platinum. 10/10

  Mark, Dan and Ollie did a superb job on our front door and windows. We are so pleased with them and have had so many comments on how good they look. Our experience with Platinum was fantastic from start to finish, from original quote to finishing touches. Very professional, friendly company who were on time, easy to communicate with and so considerate of our small children as they worked. They left the house tidier than it was before! We would not hesitate to recommend them. 10/10
