10Verified ReviewCalled Plumbing Heroes to fix a broken boiler that British Gas said they'd repairedbut it broke 2 weeks later. Carl took an emergency call on Sunday and sent his team on early Monday morning. The plumber has done all due diligence to find the source of the problem and fix it; he also spent a significant time testing the boiler to see if it's working properly and advising on what the next steps might be if the problem persists. Very skilled, polite and respectful plumbers, work carried with a lot of care. Grateful.
