    Laurent has been incredible. He is kind and courteous, and has sorted my flat out on many occasions. He is very professional, charming, respectful and extremely knowledgable - I know my flat is in goods hands with him. From leaks to fitting water filtration systems, there is no task he cannot complete efficiently and I will not use anyone else. Merci bien Laurent!

    Laurent confirmed details about timing in advance and let me know of a very small delay because of a previous job overrun. He quickly identified the cause of the leak and fixed it, replacing all the washers, not only the faulty one. He was efficient and very friendly. He also sorted out an small unrelated problem for which I didn't have necessary tool (without charge).

    Laurent came at the right time and did a good job of sorting out my problem - he put in a second steel washer and replace an old tap. He charged about half of other quotes I found on the internet and I have no complaints and would definitely recommend his services to others.
