New system fitted to toilet that was not flushing.

First, he took on an ensuite job that nobody else was prepared to do without a complete refurbishment which I we did not want – we simply wanted the bare minimum doing to make the ensuite functional, as it was unusable. He also confirmed the issue we were having with lack of hot water in the property as being due to an issue with the shower mixer tap in another bathroom and agreed to replace the mixer tap whilst retaining the old shower cubicle. He always turned up on time and completed all works to schedule, to cost estimate and in line with expectations

10Verified ReviewI had an ongoing problem with the header tank's overflow pipe intermittently discharging water. I'm so glad PHD Ltd came to the rescue. The central heating system was badly clogged up with detritus, starved of water and in danger of running dry. Danny is very knowledgeable and professional. I found his communication clear and reassuringly prompt. He patiently answered all of my questions before booking the work. Now my tenants say that the house is warmer than it's ever been. I would highly recommend PHD Ltd, and will certainly be using them again. Lovely, caring customer service!
