  We have used RIcky a number of times as we know we can always trust him to come to us promptly and do an excellent job when he arrives. Most recently he dealt with blocked pipework under our sink that had caused water to flow back into the washing machine: this was a bit messy and Ricky made sure that everything was spotless before he left us, as he always does on the rare occasions that we need his help. He has also dealt with an overflow from our cold water tank, caused by a faulty valve, that was causing water to run down the outside of our building

• Removing and replacing a worn-out emersion heater unit in a hot-water cylinder

  This work was done as an emergency. Ricky Webster came quickly to assess the problem, remove the worn-out unit, obtain a replacement one, and install it. This also involved replacing a section of additional copper piping. He was polite, good-natured and (so far as I was able to judge) careful. He warned me that there might be a future problem with a possible air-lock in the system, but no evidence of an air-lock has emerged. I would thoroughly recommend Mr Webster
