    We were very impressed with PML Construction. They responded to our initial Checkatrade request promptly and provided a quote for the work (the removal of a fireplace and some other smaller jobs) within days of undertaking an initial survey. It is not easy to find a builder who will take on smaller jobs (no idea why as smaller jobs can lead to bigger contracts), but PML were happy to do so. The work was completed to a high standard and they left the site tidy and clean (the person who did the work hoovered and washed the floor before leaving). Highly recommended and we would use again.

    From the start were very attentive to our needs. They had to match to old odd coloured bricks and did so perfectly. Listened to our requests and alterations as the job progressed. All staff really friendly and helpful. Finished job was exactly as we wanted and iverall finish was high standard. Pricing was competitive and did not change from start to finish.
