  We were so pleased with the first job that we asked for a quote to sort out our patio, which was getting in a dangerous state. They fitted it in as a matter of urgency, which I really appreciated. They turned up when expected and worked incredibly hard during the hot weather. As before, when the invoice came it it was exactly as the quote.

  We asked POSH Developments to re-furbish and paint several entrances and balconies at our block of flats. They were very easy to work with and always listened to our changing requirements. Despite having to deal with continual rain and frost, they stuck at their task and we were very impressed with the finished product.

  I cannot Praise this business enough, Mr Mitchell has a very strong work ethic, Tidy clean , Prompt and very Professional and conscious worker . If I ever need a builder this company is what you need ,I would recommend to all the family and friends , Good workmanship is very hard to find these days this is why I am leaving this review so others can reap the rewards of a great ground working business. You will not be disappointed if you want the finese finish Posh Development is the business . Highly recommended.

• New uPVC guttering and fascia boards to porch, and new supporting wooden posts for porch

  Posh Developments refixed my front porch and replaced the fascia boards and guttering with new uPVC type. In addition they constructed two new brick pillars to support two additional new support posts for the porch. They made a great job, and the new posts a re a good match to the existing timber porch framework. The porch is also far more structurally sound now. I am more than pleased with the end result.
