My name is Paul Broderick, I am the owner of PPH Ltd (Property Plumbing & Heating Services) which I founded 24 years ago. I have over 25 years trade experience. My professionalism, hard work and strong work ethics have all contributed to establish my local customer base over the last 25 years. Fit new gas hob, sink taps, replace radiator valves
I was very impressed with the way Paul handled this job. He turned up on time, kept everything neat and tidy, got all the work done without any fuss, delays or complications and cleaned up thoroughly afterwards. I would certainly use him again and would recommend him vey highly.

New vanity unit and WC in cloakroom
Whilst pleased with the installation, my (expensive) floor tiles were damaged by an angle grinder(?) used to cut through the skirting board. I was also left with gaps in the skirting due to mis-measurement of the vanity unit, which I have to correct. That aside, the work was done tidily and to spec. New gate valves were required in the airing cupboard and these were fitted at a reasonable cost.

Unfortunately, the unit should have been put in before the tile floor and skirting board were laid on to enable a perfect fit. It is regrettable that the customer decided to go ahead and fit in the floor and skirting board before I could slide the unit in. I had to work around the customer’s decisions to install floor and skirting prior to installing the unit, not an ideal way of ensuring a perfect and neat fit.

Replacement shower and alterations to associated pipework
Paul was recommended to me by neighbours. He turned up on time to view the relatively small task. A price was agreed and date and time for works to be carried out. Paul again turned up on time and carried out the works in a very professional, clean and courteous manner. Very important to me was the standard of works, Paul used all copper and brass materials. It is so common nowadays to see rushed low quality installations using plastic. Many thanks Paul, I will recommend!

Boiler change
I believe I got Paul's number through this website. It was this winter. My boiler wasn't working, we were freezing so I called Paul who came the same day, and got my boiler running again. The first impression was good so I called him up again 6 month later but this time to change my boiler. It was quite a big job as my boiler was old and the heating system had to be changed too (I had a pressure fed system). Paul did a great job, we now have a combi boiler with great water pressure. Paul is very courteous, and definitely tidies when the work is done. If somebody ask me for a plumber, I know who to refer him/her to.
