His work included reshuffling the kitchen appliances, flooring, cupboard installations, painting walls and ceiling and radiator installation. We were very happy with the work he did. His attention to detail and constant discussions with us before making decisions helped make the whole process smooth.

  Scott carried out a “refresh” of my kitchen – installing three new appliances/sink plus some carpentry and fitting new under-cupboard lighting. His work was of the highest standard and he cleaned up everything beautifully afterwards. What really distinguishes Scott from the pack however is his problem solving skills and ability to come up with great ideas and workarounds.

• Screeching Kitchen Extractor Hood Quietened.

  I was really struggling to get anyone into the house to ascertain what the problem was with our Smeg extractor hood, as to why it was making this unbearable screeching sound before we'd even had the chance to use it! Smeg were a nightmare and refused to send anyone, claiming that it was 'unaccessible', just because it had been installed!! Even though it was obviously under guarantee, having not even been used. By chance I happened on Scott, and he quickly worked out that the problem was very simply solved with a bead of silicone rd the bottom of the flue! He was here less than 1 hr/£80.
