  Jay and his team did the initial work and gave us a 10 year guarantee which turned out to be worthless when the leaks persisted . They did come back a number of times but eventually ignored us . W e have had to go to another company . Avoid!

  Jay incorrectly installed a Velux in our roof and that has now led up damage to our property. He refuses to deal with the situation, blocking my calls. We are going to pursue legal action. We have evidence from Velux to confirm the incorrect installation. He is a cowboy. Do not use.

  The first contact was great and proactive, which made me make a decision to go with Premier Roofing as looking at reviews, based on my first contact seem a good decision. He did highlight it was busy but for the small job, we agreed he can do the install earlier, considering it was raining inside the house. 2 months later, after 3 slots re-scheduled on sunny days by the company , a holiday and sickness, not sure what other excuses were left but still no roof, no contact to re-schedule and lots of rain and mould inside my house. Disappointed experience overall
