• New Front Door

  The door and frame size was measured and we went through all the options. A few weeks later, after it had been made to the exact measurements, two fitters came out, removed the old frame and door and fitted the new. Only took two hours for the whole operation including caulking beautifully. Highly recommended.

• Double Glazing Fitted into 1889 Traditional Stone House

  Due to various factors we had to delay the installation of the windows by a month. Premier Windows were very flexible over this delay and when the time came to fit the windows turned up on the day and did an excellent job of fitting the windows into a relatively complex masonry window reveal. I had acoustic glass fitted, works well. I was very pleased with the internal and external reveal trimmings and, externally, the masonry effect sealant. On the other house elevation I also took the opportunity to have some double glazing panes replaced, general maintenance plus lock replacements.

  I found Nathan and his company excellent from the initial quotation through to the completion of the work. They were prompt and completed the work within the suggested time frame. The work was completed to a good standard and the fitters were friendly and easy to deal with. I am very happy with the instaand quality of the windows and door. I can definitely recommend Premier Windows.

• New Conservatory

  Replaced our old diy conservatory with a much nicer, larger one. Nathan gave us a lot of help deciding on the style and size with no hard sell. Everyone who worked on the project was friendly, polite and keen to give us a good quality finish. We are very happy with our conservatory and would not hesitate to recommend Premier Windows.

  This work is the 4th Premier Windows has carried out for us, the first being more than ten years ago (Bi-Fold doors, leaking conservatory and blown windows). Every time-absolutely delighted. An old advertising jingle comes to mind “Nice People To Do Business With”. The whole process has been a pleasure; we knew exactly what was happening and when - perfect! Nathan takes the trouble to understand and clearly explains our options. Enabling us to be confident in our choice. As always, I shopped around, but simply no other company I contacted regarding this replacement door came close.
