• Replace Hot water cylinder

  First class service from visit and advice from Byron to the install on day specified . The two lads arrived at 8am and despite the old 80s copper cylinder in an airing cupboard with restricted space worked tirelessly to remove it , replace some of original pipework and refit a new hot water cylinder and immersion heater . Completing job by 1pm. They were very pleasant ,polite and completed the job in a very tidy manner. Thoroughly recommend Priority Plumbing . Don’t waste your time searching elsewhere

• Refurbishment of bathroom

  Byron visited to discuss ideas and talk about options for refurbishing my very small bathroom . He liaised with the supplier of all fixtures and fittings prompting them to source some better value options . Byron and Ashley in particular were friendly , professional and communicated well. They coordinated other trades who also did a great job . Byron checked in regularly with his team and on site. Really delighted with the finished result in what was a very difficult space. Would highly recommend Byron and Priority Plumbing .

• Heating boiler leak solved

  Of course it happened on a bank holiday. We discovered that our boiler was leaking into its cabinet. Been wondering why the pressure kept dropping and leaving us without heat and water. Very prompt and polite service. Kept up to date all the way through. Turned up when they said. Given accurate estimate for work and parts. Needed new expansion tank, PRV and filling loop. Job completed as soon as parts in. Excellent service.

  Priority Plumbing did a great job for us in September 2023. We had a very tight schedule and needed a lot of work done (new unvented cylinder, central heating, full bathroom refurb) - and Byron and his team made it all happen, often working with other trades on site. Byron was always contactable and helped us understand what was happening at different stages. Extremely trustworthy, helpful and solution-driven. I would definitely recommend the whole Priority Plumbing Team.
