Proclene are professional and highly skilled carpet, upholstery and fine rug cleaners, we are 100% family-run, and although Proclene was established in 1982 it has been a family business since 1963, we are specialists in the cleaning of wool carpets as well as carpets and upholstery with man-made fibres.

What we will do for you;

As professional carpet, upholstery & fine rug cleaners we will provide you with a professional service that deals with your issues & concerns in a professional, safe, courteous, caring, respectful & understanding manner. We will treat you and your property with the respect that it and you deserve.

Before we commence any work we will inspect every item that you are requiring us to clean including any tests deemed to be required, we will then tell you exactly what results you should expect and exact drying times we will be honest and advise if we will be unable to deliver good results. Once you have given your consent to commence the cleaning we will do so in a professional manner. We are working for you and we will respect that.

We will clean thoroughly and to exacting detail, right in to the edges and the corners, under the furniture and never around it, we will deal with all spots and stains to achieve the very best results possible using our 40 years of knowledge and expert skills of understanding what to use and when to use it, and our patience.
