    Arrived promptly on the day as promised and commenced straight away. The work was done quickly and efficiently and was carried out with courtesy with the residents of the 4 apartments with little disruption and mess. All areas where left clean and tidy.

    Darren came and advised on the best camera positions and number of cameras, without interfering with our choice. He supplied a detailed quote promptly. We arranged a date for the installation and Darren appeared dead on time. He carried out the work efficiently, including one really awkward piece of wiring, and when the job was finished, apart from the cameras and wiring from the wall to the monitor you would not have known workmen had been at the house. No mess or untidiness and before he left he demonstrated and explained how to view and use the system. Brilliant job from start to finish.

    First off just want to say how refreshing it was to have someone turn up when they say they will... sick of waiting for workmen/women! Darren is a lovely guy, came to service my alarm that was installed by another, much closer company (no names mentioned) that then had no interest in any aftercare. The job took a little longer than I think he expected due to info being in the hands of said company, but once this was sorted he just cracked on and got the system all up to date. I will now be signing up to a yearly service with Prolect. Added bonus, he fixed my Ring doorbell!! Thanks Darren.
