    Barry and Rob decorated my house throughout (upstairs in Oct 2022, downstairs in Jan 2023). They were helpful, friendly, professional, completely trustworthy and very thorough. They also carried out some remedial building work and small jobs at the same time and this was also done very professionally and to a high standard. They arrived promptly, and left everything tidy and clean at the end of each day. I was kept fully informed of progress and consulted as necessary about any options/changes. I am very pleased with the work they have done and would happily recommend Property Plus.

I have an eye for detail and pride myself and my team on being very clean and tidy experienced workers, honest and reliable.  I have two sign written vans, I provide accurate quotes and happy to give advice along with a friendly service.

I am also a proud member of the Painting and Decorating Association, the London Association of Master Decorators and BNI.  I am fully insured and have City and Guilds Qualifications and years of experience.

I work closely with other trades including; carpenters, electricians, plumbers, tilers, plasterers and builders.

I undertake a lot of repairs where a property has suffered damage from water, usually from a leaking roof, bathroom leak above or a flood.  This usually includes replacing plasterboard walls and ceilings, making good and decorating.  Stain blocking and decorating where damp or cracks are present.

I carry out regular upkeep and repair work for many clients who are home owners but also for many landlords where I hold keys and can carry out emergency works and repairs at short notice.
