Fixing a problem toilet

BUT customer service was exceptional, final guy was great, and although they weren’t cheap would definitely use again as I would trust them to do the right thing if it doesn’t go as expected

After taking my address I was told there had been a cancellation in the area and they could come that afternoon. I got a text (supposed to be 30 minutes warning) but it was more like an hour I think. But when John arrived he was polite and efficient, leaving a very good impression.

7.25Verified ReviewChatGPT The initial quote and assessment were prompt and straightforward. However, it took the office quite a few weeks to get back to us, which was a bit frustrating. Once the plumbers were booked, though, they were brilliant. Dave, Liam, and Billy were absolutely amazing, and I couldn't recommend them more highly. They were really pleasant, funny people who clearly cared a lot about their work. They were repairing some poorly done plumbing from a few years ago, so it was great to have people who actually knew what they were doing.
