  A great job from Andrew over the last few weeks in getting everything done and working well. Costs were well communicated clearly in advance and although the work took a bit longer than expected that was due to things we couldn't see at the start. Really happy with the results. Could always trust them to get on with it - not always the case these days. I am a returning customer and would happily entrust Pulse with any future building work that needs doing

  We contacted Pulse about the complete refurbishment of a flat. Communication was excellent from the start. Ana was great - very friendly, polite and professional in her communication with us. The quote we received was very reasonable regarding cost and, compared to other quotes we received, had the most detailed explanation of the work involved and the clearest breakdown of the costs for each bit of the job. We also received a clear timeframe for the work. Overall, a very positive experience.

• Loft conversion

  Pulse Refurbishment have recently undertaken a loft conversion for us. We could not be more happy with their work. We have managed to stay living in our home with two small children age 2 and 6. They are considerate and tidy especially at the end of each day which is needed when you have children. Communication is fantastic and having Ana to help with any queries you have is an absolute lifesaver, she is so friendly and approachable and I feel like I can ask her anything. We would highly recommend them and wouldn't hesitate to use them again If we needed any future work.

  The Pulse team carried out a near total interior renovation of my home. Complete tear out of kitchen and bath, upgraded electrics, boiler replacement, underfloor heating, decorating, and structural reinforcements. I can highly recommend their work quality. Throughout the project, issues when they arose were presented with workable solutions, and work was completed on time and within budget. I can’t stress enough how good communication was at every phase. Whether my questions were about scheduling, materials, or invoice details, my inquiries here responded to quickly and cheerfully.
