  We contacted PHI after another roofer had bodged some ridge pointing repairs, and after a storm damaged some soffits. They turned up when they said they would, work was completed to a high quality and communication was very good. We also had a solar PV installer in at the same time and the PHI team worked flexibly and collaboratively with them so that all the works went smoothly. Everyone on site was excellent. We had cheaper quotes but the other companies who provided them didn't always turn up - so if you need work doing on time and to a good standard, I would recommend PHI.

  This company inspired confidence from our very first contact. Andrew came out quickly to inspect our leaking roof and gave a fair verbal estimate on the spot. This company’s paperwork and admin are exemplary - a detailed written quote came through by email immediately. The three roofers who did the work were great: punctual, hard working, and extremely helpful and polite. Communication with them, and with Andrew who was supervising their progress, was excellent throughout. We can wholeheartedly recommend this firm.

  I thought Marlon and his team carried out an excellent job in very difficult weather conditions. Not only did they manage to get my job started sooner than expected, they also finished quickly and even fixed broken guttering without charge. We are very happy with the final result and would be more than happy to recommend them as they are extremely competent and friendly. They left the place clean and tidy. The price was also fair and reasonable.
