10Verified ReviewInitially this job was to fix the current cistern as it was only just over a year old. Russell sourced the correct parts from the company who originally supplied to our design contractor as part of a bathroom refurbishment in 2022. Unfortunately the parts did not fit the cistern. Russell tracked down the issue and demonstrated the issue with the spare parts. A new cistern was fitted. We would not hesitate to recommend Russell who from the first call to the fitting communicated with us when he said he would and carried out the installation in a professional and tidy manner.
