• Complete bathroom re-fit

  Richard and the team have just completed a total re-fit of our main bathroom, having done a great job on our en-suite last year. Once again the result has been fantastic and we couldn't be happier with it. As before, Richard took care of all the arrangements including plumbing, fitting, tiling, plastering and electrics and all we had to do was choose the tiles and units and paint the ceiling. The pricing as before was very competitive and we were charged exactly as quoted. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and will definitely use him again.

• Sourcing and fitting replacement shower unit

  Second time of using Richard for advice and work related to bathroom. This time needed Shower unit to be replaced. Very quick response to phone call ordering and fitting new unit. Should I have any problems in the future He is the person I would contact.

  Very pleased with the finished result and exceeded my expectations. Made the whole process of getting a new bathroom fitted (which I had never had done before) much less stressful. Answered any questions I had promptly and explained anything I wasn't sure about. Completed to schedule and kept me updated throughout. Would highly recommend.

The team carrying out the work were exceptionally tidy, always arrived on time and worked hard throughout the day. The end result is just stunning and better than anything we had imagined.   Richard was well organised, very thorough, and all the associated trades (tiler, electrician, etc.) were a pleasure to have in the house. Gave good design and layout advice and communicated well throughout the project. Full bathroom rip out and re-fit completed, giving a more accessible walk-in shower in place of the bath. On time and on budget. Will recommend Richard to friends and neighbours - 1st bathroom re-fit in 25 years and couldn't have been better.

• Bathroom redesign and fit

  RJG Plumbing fitted a new bathroom for us, plumbed in new appliances and tiled the room. The quote was really competitive, straightforward with no hidden costs. Communication from start to finish were great, all of our questions answers really well. Overall we are really pleased, the work proceeded as we expected and the bathroom looks excellent.
