  Everything was done exactly in accordance with the contract. The two installers (Jake and Charlie were on time, professional, courteous and respectful. They worked in a very clean and tidy way throughout the day and left the property spotless. They answered all our questions with great patience. The boiler works exactly as Ryan explained that it would. We would not hesitate to use them again and cannot recommend R.K. Highly enough.

• Installation of a Combi boiler

  Had an old boiler replaced with a combi system last week by Ryan and his team, Jake and Sam. I was over the moon with the work they carried out, explaining everything along the way and leaving my home immaculate when the job was completed. Sometimes you dont know where to start when you are looking for tradespeople so im just so glad we found Ryans company , professional , knowledgeable, courteous and very competitively priced. We have future projects planned and I know who I will have no hesitation calling. Thanks for a doing a superb job RK Plumbing and Heating.

  I would highly recommend Ryan and his team, I was kept informed of their arrival and they were friendly and polite. The repair was done efficiently and all safety checks were carried out. We were informed that the previous installation had caused the problem but the team weren't judgemental or unprofessional, just fixed what needed to be fixed and left us feeling safe in our home.

• New Boiler and Piping

  Ryan and his team have been excellent at replacing our annexe boiler, which recently failed on us and needed replacing. We had issues with gas flow which they managed to overcome, with less work needed than was quoted by other suppliers. They were on time, communication was great, and their work was neat and tidy, as was how they worked. I would certainly be using them again, also for boiler servicing too!
