  We were very happy with the quote and Chris was timely and polite. He has done a good job of cleaning the roof. I would like however to comment in the fact that the guttering and down pipes have been left covered in debris and dirt. Never having had this sort of work done before, we did not realise that this would how the area would be left. When we asked if this could be cleaned off, we were quoted an extra £140. Please inform the client that the work does not include cleaning off the debris from the guttering and down pipes. Or, do it anyway as a courtesy to the client. Thank you

  RW cleaning services were quick at contacting me, giving me a good quote and then attending to carry out the work. Russ had a cancellation, contacted me directly to see if he could attend the same day. Was very polite and carried out all work quickly and efficiently. I was very pleased that the price I was quoted did not change when the work was carried out
