• Single story extension, knock through and patio

  Rick, along with his team, has done a brilliant job on our house. We had a full width single story extension, knock through of internal walls and a patio. The quality of their work and approach to each part of it is very professional. Rick kept us informed every step of the way and completely transparent with costs. They were always a pleasure to have on site. Always an important thing for me is approach to a problem; when we did have something that needed redoing (inevitable on a big job), Rick did not hesitate to sort it fully. I highly recommend R W Kelly for building and landscaping.

  This is the 3rd time we have used Rick and his Team. This time round it has been a much bigger, more complex and challenging project to tackle. Rick and his team have really been absolutely amazing throughout the last 6 months. Their work, attention to detail and effort to get things 100% right for us has been fantastic. They do exactly what they say they are going to do and when problems have arisen (as they do with all larger projects) they have solved them without any fuss. It is really rare to find a great team, who deliver a great outcome at a fair price. We will be using Rick again.

  Rick and his team's work is exceptional, they built our groundfloor extension on time and on budget. They also undertook additional building work once the project was underway again to a high standard. They are tidy, organised and timely and I wouldn't hesistate it recommending Rick.

  So, so pleased with the patio. The job grew from our original request and quote but Rick took this in his stride and added very reasonable quotes to cover the cost. Rick and his team were a pleasure to have working here.
