    Ray did an excellent job fixing our wobbly bannister. I had to re- arrange at short notice as a spindle wasn’t delivered in time but Ray came out in a Sunday morning to do the work. Highly recommended

    Ray is a rare find, a real gem - excellent craftsmanship and reasonable prices. Our window sill on our Grade 2 listed property broke off and Ray has replaced it beautifully within a week. That just doesn't happen nowadays! We always call on him for our carpentry needs since his excellent work on another rotten sill and weatherboarding last summer.

    Ray's work was excellent. He was speedy, efficient, knowledgeable, tidy, fairly priced and great to talk to. The only downside is that it took a long time (and three rearranged appointments) for him to come. I would recommend him as the person to contact if you want really high standard work when it isn't urgent.

    Ray did a fantastic job of removing our old front door and replacing with a custom-made timber front door with glass side panels and top panel, and all associated door furniture. He always arrived promptly and was very tidy throughout. He checked with us in terms of specifications and explained details before carrying out work, and was highly responsive to emails etc. We could not be more happy with the finished product. We could not recommend Ray more highly and will use him again for future works.

Hi and welcome to Ray Sloly carpentry. I run a a small family firm and carry out works throughout south London. South west London and south east London. I can carry out all types of carpentry works including fitting wooden doors and windows. I Repair doors and windows etc and make bespoke wardrobes and alcove units etc I can also fit new stairs and spindles and repair and strengthen creaky stairs. Some of my other works include fitting new casement and sash windows along with overhauling and draught proofing existing timber windows and doors. I am also able to supply and fit fire doors. I don’t charge vat and all of my estimates are free. Please give me a call for any help and advice you need.
