  I contacted Reactive Roofing regarding a leak in our ceiling. Initially, was happy as I spoke with someone who said they could visit within the next 1.5 hours. They came checked the leak and promised to return the next day with a drone for further inspection. However, no one turned up and no communication as to why. After messaging, I received an apology citing a difficult day, with a promise of a visit the next day. Unfortunately the next day no one arrived again and no message to inform me or explain, when they knew full well we had a leak and had taken time off work. Terrible Service.

• Slate roof repair

  During the latest storm in early 2024 our slate roof tiles had come down. Lee was very quick to respond and came out the next day to fix them all. Very professional and perfectly completed job I will ask him to come and fix our flat roof in the summer. Thanks Again

• House facade, new porch roof, and driveway work

  Lee responded quickly with a visit same day, and a good value quote the next, and then did a brilliant job a couple of weeks later with his team. Our porch looks fantastic and the remedial work on the house facade and patio driveway is first class. Lee was extremley courteous and kept us up to date at all times. His team were very friendly and tidied up everything after each visit. Would absolutely recommend - 10/10.

• New Roof

  Ricki and Lee did a great job of replacing our slate roof, fascia and guttering. The quote was competitive and communications were just right, keeping us informed and providing photos of the condition of the original guttering for example. They managed our expectations (2 freeholders), 2 sets of tenants, rental agency and the scaffolders. The local council took months to schedule and carry out the inspection for the Building Control Certificate which must have cost the roofing company such a lot in scaffolding but they never tried to pass on any cost and we paid exactly what we were quoted.
