  An excellent company from quotation to completion, great advice given; showing the depth of knowledge and commitment to the customer. Everything happened exactly as planned. Communication prior to the job through to completion was first rate. Based on this experience I would have no hesitation in recommending Re-Felt and would be a first call should further similar work be required.

  This is the second time that I have needed 'Re-Felt' to repair a flat roof.I returned to them because the first time round they had proved reliable and the quality of their work was second to none. I highly recommend them as the go-to firm if you want a job to be meticulously done.

• Flat Roof to Kitchen

  Stuart provided his estimate within a couple of hours of my call and, with a bit of juggling, managed to fit in the job for the next day, as I had water coming through the kitchen ceiling. He arrived at the time we agreed and started work straight away. He estimated how long the job would take and this was pretty accurate. The end result is a new boarded and felted roof which looks great and should last for years. Stuart tidied up and took away all the waste, you wouldn’t know he’d been there. Overall I’m very happy with the job and would have no hesitation in recommending Re-Felt to anyone.

  Our leaky roof was overdue for replacement and choose Re-felt after lots of searching and review reading, so glad we did. Stuart came quickly to inspect the roof and offered his professional, honest advice. We were happy with Stuart's prompt quote and knew we had chosen the right company. Stuart and Tom arrived on time, every day and worked so hard, in extremely hot weather this June, don't know how they coped. The last day Stuart showed photos of all work done it was excellent. No hesitation in recommending Re-Felt for their professional work ethics and genuine care for what they do. Thanks, Pat and Mel

• Kitchen roof

  Hard working quality tradesman, early starts and cracked on with the roofing till the weather got in the way, then back again day after to complete the job, and so tidy clearing away the old stuff and sweeping up leaving everywhere really good, no complaints at all, pleasant and chatty would be happy have them for any future roofing.
